Cadence — End User License Agreement & Community Guidelines

This document has two parts: the End User License Agreement (EULA) that governs your license to use the Cadence app, and the Community Guidelines that govern user-generated content (UGC) in the community. Operated by Kooku (contact: [email protected]). It supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The Korean (한국어) version follows the English text. If they conflict, the English version governs.

Part A — End User License Agreement (EULA)

Apple App Store users: Your license to use Cadence on Apple devices is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ , as supplemented by the terms in this document and our Terms of Service. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the App or its content; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries and may enforce the Apple Standard EULA against you.

All users: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Cadence for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

Part B — Community Guidelines (UGC)

Cadence's community lets members share daily habit cards and send fixed sticker reactions. To keep it safe, the following rules apply, and we enforce them with zero tolerance.

1. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Do not post or do any of the following:

unlawful, hateful, harassing, bullying, threatening, or violent content;
sexually explicit or pornographic content;
content that impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity;
spam, advertising, scams, or malware;
content that infringes others' rights (privacy, intellectual property);
any content that is otherwise objectionable or harms other members.

2. You can report content. Every card can be reported in the App (long-press in the feed, or ⋯ on the detail). Reports go to a moderation queue with a reason (spam, harassment, inappropriate, impersonation, other).

3. You can block abusive users. You can block any member in the App; blocking makes you and that member mutually invisible in the feed and reactions.

4. We act within 24 hours. We review reports and remove violating content and/or eject the responsible user, ordinarily within 24 hours. We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Guidelines.

By using the community you agree to these Guidelines. Violating them may result in content removal, suspension, or a permanent ban, at our discretion.

A부 — 최종 사용자 라이선스 계약(EULA)

Apple App Store 이용자: Apple 기기에서 Cadence를 사용하는 라이선스는 https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ 의 Apple 표준 EULA(Licensed Application End User License Agreement)의 적용을 받으며, 본 문서와 이용약관의 조건으로 보충됩니다. Apple은 본 조건의 당사자가 아니며 앱·콘텐츠에 책임지지 않습니다. Apple 및 그 자회사는 제3수익자로서 Apple 표준 EULA를 이용자에게 집행할 수 있습니다.

모든 이용자: 당사는 이용약관에 따라 Cadence를 개인적·비상업적으로 설치·사용할 수 있는 개인적·비독점·양도불가·철회가능 라이선스를 부여합니다. 법이 금지하는 경우를 제외하고 앱을 복제·수정·배포·판매·대여·역공학하거나 소스코드 추출을 시도할 수 없습니다.

B부 — 커뮤니티 가이드라인(UGC)

Cadence 커뮤니티에서는 일일 습관 카드를 공유하고 고정 스티커 반응을 보낼 수 있습니다. 안전을 위해 아래 규칙이 적용되며, 무관용으로 집행합니다.

1. 부적절한 콘텐츠·악성 이용자 무관용. 부적절한 콘텐츠나 학대 행위를 일절 용인하지 않습니다. 다음을 게시·행하지 마세요:

불법·혐오·괴롭힘·따돌림·위협·폭력 콘텐츠;
성적으로 노골적이거나 음란한 콘텐츠;
타인 사칭 또는 신원 허위 표시;
스팸·광고·사기·악성코드;
타인의 권리(프라이버시·지식재산) 침해 콘텐츠;
그 밖에 부적절하거나 다른 회원에게 해가 되는 콘텐츠.

2. 콘텐츠 신고 가능. 모든 카드는 앱에서 신고할 수 있습니다(피드 롱프레스 또는 상세의 ⋯). 신고는 사유(스팸·괴롭힘·부적절·사칭·기타)와 함께 모더레이션 큐로 전달됩니다.

3. 악성 이용자 차단 가능. 앱에서 어떤 회원이든 차단할 수 있으며, 차단하면 피드·반응에서 상호 비노출됩니다.

4. 24시간 내 조치. 신고를 검토해 위반 콘텐츠를 제거하고/또는 책임 이용자를 배제하며, 통상 24시간 내에 처리합니다. 가이드라인을 위반하는 계정을 정지·영구 해지할 수 있습니다.

커뮤니티를 이용함으로써 본 가이드라인에 동의합니다. 위반 시 당사 재량으로 콘텐츠 제거·정지·영구 밴될 수 있습니다.
